Hardscape Crew Leader

We’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Crew Leader to lead on-site installation of high-quality outdoor living projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands proper hardscape construction methods, and can confidently manage a crew while maintaining jobsite efficiency and quality.

As a Crew Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations on site, coordinating with management, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising a hardscape installation crew

• Reading and executing project plans and layouts

• Ensuring proper installation of pavers, retaining walls, patios, and related features

• Managing job site safety, organization, and cleanliness

• Communicating progress, needs, and issues with project managers

• Mentoring crew members as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hardscape construction

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to run a job site independently on a day to day basis

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Valid driver’s license required
